After eight years in strategy and organisation consulting, progressing to Manager, I founded Aeria Consulting to work directly with organisations on their transformations.
With degrees in engineering from Mines de Douai and business from Audencia Business School, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, I combine strategic perspective, methodological rigour and hands-on experience.
